My Professional Journey

My journey through tech has been shaped by curiosity, resilience, and a genuine desire to solve real-world problems. Over the years, I’ve grown from a student developer to a cybersecurity engineer—learning through doing, building through collaboration, and adapting to every challenge thrown my way.

One of my most rewarding roles was as a software developer at Parking Base in New York, where I worked on automating log and file transfer pipelines. I designed cloud-based and on-premise upload systems using tools like Google Cloud, WebDAV, and rclone, helping improve reliability across distributed Android environments. I also developed diagnostic tools and supported technical operations involving data analysis with BigQuery and Looker.

At Check Point Software in Tel Aviv, I served as a Tier 1 technical support specialist. There, I supported international clients working with VPN technologies such as WireGuard and OpenVPN, and monitored security gateways using Grafana and internal tools. This role deepened my understanding of network infrastructure and real-time troubleshooting.

My development background expanded during my time at Capmation Inc., where I built low-code enterprise apps using Outsystems and contributed to backend architecture with Discovery and Lifetime. I also integrated tools like SharePoint SPFx to support business intranet platforms in an agile, iterative environment.

Prior to that, I worked at Totaltek S.A. in Quito as an IT analyst and support technician. I was responsible for managing SharePoint-based intranet systems, inventory tracking, and user accounts via Active Directory and the Microsoft Admin Center—all while aligning our processes with ISO 27001 compliance.

During my time at Jezreel Academy, I taught cybersecurity topics including phishing awareness, digital hygiene, and online protection strategies. Teaching helped me strengthen my communication skills and reinforced the importance of making technical concepts accessible to others.

My journey began as a software development intern at Sofya Systems, where I created a Java GUI for electronic invoicing and documented internal tools to support non-technical users. That experience taught me how thoughtful design and clear documentation can make technology more inclusive.

Through each chapter of my career, I’ve expanded not just my technical abilities but also my adaptability, communication, and drive to keep learning. I thrive in environments that challenge me, and I take pride in learning by doing.
